Changing Class Question
Rules say that you can change race/class any given time in your turn.
We came up to a situation where a friend wanted to change his race after a failed roll to escape. He wanted to change his Thief to his Wizard so he could discard his hand and take the treasure. Is that possible? |

Re: Changing Class Question
No.
The only cards you can play after a failed run-away roll are cards which affect that roll specifically -- like a Loaded Die. |

Re: Changing Class Question
Even if he could change his Class at that point (and Brf is correct, it wouldn't have made a difference), Wizards can't charm a monster once they've decided to Run Away -- you can only charm while you're still in combat.
