Default How do I create a new template?

I would like to create a template for a Sidhe, as well as begin using Shapeshifters instead of the compendium advantages.

Make a new character in GCA4 with all the traits you ewant the species to have, then save it as a gdf file. If you don't want player to alter the stats check LOCK. If you want to hide the traits, check Hide (you can manually unlock or unhide specific traits in the gdf file itself.

I'm not using the GCA4, I'm using the G.C.B. Specifically I want the templates to work because in 3rd there was actually a potential point benefit to a racial template. And both my NPCs and my characters should reflect that. (namely the fact that attributes were bonuses not attribute buys and of course that the disads on a racial template didn't count towards a disad total)
