A Submissa-series bioroid starts with a Sex Appeal of 23 'off-the-shelf' for a single point thanks to the way other Advantages work. Sure, they cost a lot, but they still provide their Reaction Modifiers passively in non-sexual cases too. Adding the Allure talent would be a nice way of putting it through the roof.

Really, stacking a high final Sex Appeal level while deriving other benefits from points spent is relatively easy.
