Well, he's a bit too smart (though that's easily solvable with the genetic engineering available), and he has some advantages you'd need augmentation of some variety to get. The Filter Lungs, the Disease Resistance, the Regeneration, the Longevity, the No Degeneration in Zero G, and quite possibly the G-Experience. G-Experience on the lower end of the spectrum is widely available, but to get high-G experience, you'd need a rotating space station or spacecraft habitation ring or something that's designed to take those forces.

Description:
      Rhys Forrest looks like your classic Tennin parahuman : very tall
      (6' 6"), willowy, very skinny, with short-cropped black hair,
      penetrating blue eyes, and an easy smile.

Personality:
      Friendly. She is able to get people to trust her, and she tries
      to be trustworthy in response to that.

      She dislikes violence, and will avoid it if at all possible.

Background:
      Born a Tennin Parahuman in a ship in the Gypsy Angel collective,
      she grew up learning how to live as a Gypsy Angel. She thought
      she wanted to be a doctor, and spent a fair amount of time
      studying to be a physician before the draw of psychology led her
      to her real interest, which is language, how the brain processes
      language, and how language modifies the brain. She has mastered a
      number of languages, and loves the study of language. She loves
      watching how languages evolve as people isolate themselves,
      culturally if not physically. She was also able to parlay her
      understanding of how humans think and communiate into some very
      good skills in trading-- very handy if you're a Gypsy Angel-- and
      as a result became quite wealthy serving on a Gypsy Angel tramp
      trader.

Notes:
      Starting wealth = $30,000 x 20 (very wealthy) = $600,000 ; 80% in
      "fixed assets", leaving 20%, or $120,000 for adventuring gear.

      I'm assuming I don't need to pay money for the "Cognitive
      Enhancement" cybermod since it's paid for with character points.

Ii must have forgotten my brain somewere. Based my calculation in the post above on iq 15, not 16.
Taking the 12 skills at 20 only cost 2 point more than the ! skill. Same cost if you drop teaching.

(of course, it will go worse, when all skill are at the 4/level, it will be 12 cp vs 48.
So, i will take the individuals skills, because i now thinks that memetics! skill is dubious, but it actually doesn't change anything to the character at this skill level.

Good points all. So we're tightly normalizing the stats?
Let's see, no degen in zero G, disease resistance, regen. radiation... a tennin/alpha knock-off perhaps?
I'll dump the filter lungs add striker shin and will be left with one point.
I changed my ealier write up. Nervous stomach and increased physics to 13

Unless the GM wish to change something, i consider them done and ready to play.
I will be away from my books and home computer for a few days, so i won't upload the modifications below until then, however.
I apologize for the many changes, i had very little free time of late, and i was only able to work on those characters for small amounts of time. So i forgot many things and made mistakes.

recent times:
XiuXiu spent the last 30 years getting as close of zeroed as a 5th wave citizen can get:

-no independant income
-no debt
-most of her money on anonymous orbital accounts.
-rented housing, no sign of high status or obvious display of wealth

-husband and childrens dead; grand-childrens have mostly not seen her since her son funeral.

-no contacts with former contacts, favor-holder, debitors, friends, ...

-most memberships and subscriptions elapsed or closed.

-no signed articles in memetics or politics journals and forums.

-subtle use of memetics in open database entries about her to generate a subject-not-interesting feeling.

Still a registered, tax-paying and voting EU citizen, nothing unusual.
Between consulting job for big, serious, honest firms, she do a lot of tourism and travelling, on and off earth.

The official reason for this greying out are:
-old age
-sadness over her husband and childrens death
-shame over her nervous disorder

the real reasons are
-hiding some less than legal dealing in her AI right activism.
-finding and being at the right place, with no ties, when someone get ready to reach to
the stars. She have the intuition backed with carefull observation and analysis of
scientific progress that it will be 'soon'

And indeed the time have come, and one of her ai friend have called her, and she is at
the right time, at the right place, ready to ' boldly go where noone have gone before' .

Something just hiccoughed and I gained one point. Weird. So lose the nervous stomach.

As to part of his high strength, I can say that his cheapo obese parents wanted something to keep his fat down and muscle up. Simply breaking the myostatin genes will do this to a degree. Though moderate exercise is advised as bone doesn't strengthen, just muscle.
