To be fair, it's not actually a racial template. It's a family/ancestry template, so I don't think it's unreasonable to include social advantages. |

Re: Minor League Supers [Powers/Supers]
Generally, you're not supposed to take limitations on disadvantages this way. It gives a disproportionate amount of points for its value. The suggested method is to take the disadvantage at full cost, add "No X" limited with your chosen limitation, and use the difference between the two costs to figure out what it should be worth.

Re: Minor League Supers [Powers/Supers]
A possibly better (and cheaper) version of the Von Fangula Family Template would be the following:
Von Fangula Family Template [150] Attribute Modifiers: ST+2 [20]; HT+2 [20] Secondary Attribute Modifiers: Per+4 [20] Advantages: Combat Reflexes [15]; Dark Vision (Accessibility, Night Only, -20%: Color Vision, +20%) [25]; Extended Lifespan 2 [4]; Flight (Accessibility, Night Only) [32]; Lifting ST+10 (Accessibility, Night Only, -20%) [24]; Regeneration (Regular; Accessibility, Night Only, -20%) [20]; Sharp Claws (Switchable, +10%; Temporary Disadvantage, Ham-Fisted 2, -10%) [5]; Sharp Teeth (Switchable, +10%; Temporary Disadvantage, Stuttering, -10%) [1]; Striking ST+10 (Accessibility, Night Only, -20%) [40] Perks: Deep Sleeper [1] Disadvantages: Appearance (Ugly) [-8]; Bad Sight (Nearsighted; Accessibility, Day Only) [-20]; Colorblindness (Accessibility, Day Only) [-8]; Lunacy [-10]; Restricted Diet (Carnivore) [-10]; Unusual Biochemistry [-5]; Weakness (Sunlight; 1d per 5 minutes; FP Damage, -50%) [-15] Quirks: Distinctive Features (Albino) [-1] Notes: Members of the Family usually also have Independent Income 5, Status 1, Wealth (Filthy Rich), and Enemy (Vampire Wannabees, Watchers, 9-), for a total of +50 CP. Re: Minor League Supers [Powers/Supers]
How did you figure out that limitation on Dark Vision? It seems high, considering Dark Vision is already mainly useful at night.

Re: Minor League Supers [Powers/Supers]
A -20% Accessibility limitation means an ability is usable 50% of the time. I don't think it's unreasonable in this case, since it means that during daytime, their Dark Vision doesn't even work on indoor or super-generated darkness.

Which does not apply to using Dark Vision in the day. Basically it only applies when you are in an unlit underground area during the day (or facing a darkness generating opponent). How often does that happen?

Granted, in most of those it’s only a fraction of Dark Vision’s worth you’d be missing out on, so the GM can be justified changing the Limitation to -15% or maybe even -10%, but I don’t think anything will really break if you leave it at -20%.

I'd probably find the IC explanation for this one entertaining...
