Is there an innate attack enhancement that comes from below that is the equivalent of the overhead enhancement found in Powers Pg. 104?

"Overhead" as an enhancement basically means that the attack bypasses most cover and posture penalties. An attack coming from below would just use the same enhancement, though it would also suggest some other appropriate modifiers, such as Low / No Signature (if they can't see it coming) or Environmental (if it can only be done in certain kinds of terrain).

Thanks for the quick answer!

I'd use the Overhead modifier and just re-fluff and re-label it, personally. I don't think there is an existing modifier other than Overhead that does anything like that.

I would just use the Surprise Attack variation... but in the end, it's the effects you want to accomplish that matter.

Something from GURPS Enhancements, or am I getting rusty?

Definitely rusty, then. (OTOH, I'm GMing a game without powers after a long hiatus.)

In the last four years since the OP, there have been no canonical examples of such an enhancement, RAW, and thus, it is impossible to find an example in the books and provide a page reference.

The 4th reply gave the RAW enhancement to use...
