Online GURPS Gamine Communities?

Are there any lively or recommended spots for finding folks interested in playing in GURPS games online? I mean with virtual tabletops and the like. I've been kicking around roll20 but... Ah... Having little luck there really.


Besides I'd rather find a decent spot to find games or recruit people for my own where I am not forced to use a browser based VTT.

I can recommend Fantasy Grounds; I've been playing regularly with a group I found there for ~5 years now.

Truth told at the moment I cant afford to go with one of the paid ones. Though I should probably consider it when I can. Least those I find would probably be less flaky if they put out real money to get involved.

There's a lot of people who would play GURPS on VTT who have never tried it in various communities. Posting on boards will usually garner interest.

I've only been playing GURPS VTT since a few years ago, too hard to find locals to play and time to set aside to gather them together when we can just login to Maptool and Skype and get going in a couple minutes.

That's where you can get maptool and the community surrounding it. I used Fantasy Grounds for awhile, but it lacks some features that Maptool got right.

Is there a section of the forums for VTT postings? I tried spot one and only came across the play by post section. I am pretty good at missing things in forums so I figure I better ask.
