Perhaps a poor choice of words. "Easily Detected" is more descriptive than "Obvious."

Otherwise, not a bad modification of the basic disad.

I'd slap a limitation on bad Appearance since it can be disguised.

Perhaps also limit the Social Stigma since the aliens are members of a "secret race." That is, people who know about them (or suspect their existence) can violate their civil rights at will, but since most people don't know of the species and they can try to pass themselves off as human they don't suffer from that stigma all the time.
