What is a Taleryu?
In the freelance traveller article "props" (prep room) an Aslan "taleryu" is described. From description it sounds like a greatsword or a naginata. Can anyone tell any other information?

Re: What is a Taleryu?
A description from an excerpt from a (fictional) catalog:
Quote:
Alien Module 1 describes it as "a crescent-shaped blade". The notion of curvature seems common, and I didn't see a reference to a haft or pole. So probably more like a scimitar or tulwar than a greatsword (though there are two-handed versions of those curved blades) or a naginata or glaive. |
