We run a very light campaign with dark moments. One of the angels on the mission has the word "Geeks" (chosen by the player, I would have selected "Misfits") and does his best to befriend social outcasts and talk them out of doing stupid things, like shooting up their schools. I figure he's a shoo-in to start the mission as he sees the girl being pushed aside by her peers "because she's acting all weird and stuff". He's paired up with a "Kill 'Em All, Let God Sort 'Em Out" type and another who wants to be like him.

Hmm, I might try to lean them towards the kidnapping scenario just to see if they can pull it off.

Truly. The dilemma becomes more interesting when the mortals themselves start adding input!

Basic options to boot the Shedite are -
counter-possession: the Song of Possession or a Kyriotate. Quite an easy option, because angelic resonances work over the phone; just dial the nearest tether and ask for one. (There are rules for the contest somewhere, but I can't find them).
Ethereal damage: NC:tongue or EthEntropy are the easiest.
Use an exorcist: dumb idea, most demons will simply end up with a new Servant.
Kill the human, but use Holy Fortitude to revive them long enough to heal them.
Lure them into a trap; try to the Shedite trick into entering another human who for one reason or another make life easier for the angels. Drug addict (below), incredibly tough (so that they won't be killed if the Shedite is booted), or scumbag (so you're happy to kill them) are all options.
Get them to drink from a Font of Inspiration.

Or, you can leave them in and play:
Drugs - stripping away their Will is the hard ball option, turning them into a mess of dissonance and then Discord at the cost of ruining the mortal's life.
Dreams - if the angels can enter the humans' dreamscape, then the Shedite can be bushwhacked without any real harm to the human.
Imprisonment - if the Shedite cannot do anything, they will slowly rack up dissonance. It's probably worth setting up a jail in the mortal world, with a celestial escort waiting to pounce on any Shedite that abandons a host.

Usually yes. But if you have an exorcist or sorcerer who can merely Banish the demon, he doesn't risk being taken over (if I remember my game mechanics correctly). The angels will have to be fast, but it could work. Assuming the angels are willing to work with a dirty filthy and probably Hellsword sorcerer.
