Ghoulfriends card played
3 players playing Munchkin level 10. User (me, Herman) was on level 9. Pulled a level 16 (King Tut) to fight. Another user, who will remain anonymous, threw a +10 monster on me. So I asked for help. Third user said she would help (my wife.) Now I have enough to win the fight. Then the anonymous threw a Ghoulfriend card which states "no items or other bonuses help against them-fight with your level only." My question: How would that be added or fought? Together? Is the Ghoulfriend card played by itself, or do I fight the King Tut 16 plus the wandering monster +10 only with my level? Or because I'm at level 9 do I defeat the Ghoulfriend and with help from my lovely wife do I fight King Tut and win the game? The anonymous said I have to fight all together with only my level? If I do, I'm dead and anonymous goes home crying after I talk to him. (Though anonymous is 20 and related.)

Re: Ghoulfriends card played
You aren't fighting the monsters independently, so restrictions from one monster carry over to the entire fight. Yes, that means you must defeat both monsters with your Level only. Yes, that's almost impossible.
