Expensive rifles are kept in hardcases (like a Pelican) since bags don't offer any real protection ;-)

Well, that increases the cost as well, and can be called as Fine(reliable).

AFAIK the high reliability of the AK is linked to it's low Acc, shouldn't increasing Acc also make reliability lower?

Well no.
AKs aren't intrinsically inaccurate.
Less accurate than a benchrest rifle, sure, but not inaccurate.
A properly assembled AK with ammunition of decent quality and in good repair is capable of hitting a six inch circle at 200 yards without fail.

AKs are reliable because they are wildly overgassed and have lots of space around the bolt lugs for fouling or environmental crap to get pushed.

AKs are less accurate than they could be mostly due to ammunition of indifferent quality and the amount of receiver flex that they have under recoil.

Smallbore AKs (those in 5.45 and 5.56) tend to be more accurate, about as accurate as a run of the mill AR, since the ammunition is more consistent and there is less recoil to torque the receiver around.

Nope. Why would it? Remember Acc isn't Accuracy anyway.

Always thought it was, can you please tell me What is Acc then?

The more a rifle make unintended movements, the more he will make the bullet also moves in an unintended pattern, that decreases Accuracy.

Also, is there at least one very fine firearm that is not bigger or bulkier than the original model that costs around five times the original weapon?(Ex-An AR-15 with Acc7 and cost of $3000 or less compared to the M16 Acc5 cost of $550), Or a fine firearm with the same requirements above(same weight and bulk, cost at maximum of double the original cost) All the examples i found increase the cost for a fine firearm by at least 3 times, and there is no examples of very fine weapons.

If not an example is possible, how do they calculated the cost for making a weapon fine or very fine?

It is whatever the author decides it should be. Fer'instance, In High Tech a Barret M82 has a base Acc of 6, an M16A1 is 5 and an Ak74 an Acc of 4.

In the real world, all are 2 MOA rifles.

Sure. Fancy pants custom 1911s from Baer and his ilk. C&S tuned pistols.

It is entirely possible to spend upwards of 4k on what appears to be a basic service pistol.

I doubt anybody calculated anything.

During the Tactical Shooting playtest, we worked out an MoA to Acc conversion that was fairly accurate. It's usually the MoA figures that are hard to come by, but when available, at least I use them.

Coming for someone that knows next to nothing about firearms.
But shouldn't MoA make more sense as creating an upper end of shooter's skill instead of a bonus to it?

That's exactly what Tactical Shooting includes - one of the optional rules includes maximum effective skill based upon Acc of the weapon.

I didn't said it is impossible to get a weapon five times as expensive, I said that I think it is impossible to get a weapon five times as expensive with +2 Acc, and by that I mean: +4CF, +2 Acc.
So, what I think that this pistol doesn't have is Acc 4, probably Acc 3 only.
Do you know what is the MoA of this pistol? does it get anywhere near a M4 Carbine or AK-47?
