What GUALs are eligible for Monsters Are Busy
When someone plays "The Monsters Are Busy", are you allowed to play any type of GUALs and trade it for treasure, such as "Kill The Hireling", "Mutilate The Bodies" etc, or does it have to be a regular GUAL without conditions?
