I want to chime in and emphasize the " . . . imagine from a movie" point. GURPS is about more than gritty realism, and there's a reason that the same author can and did write both Gun Fu and Tactical Shooting. Both are very important parts of the shootin' genre.

Grappling in GURPS can be MMA, or it can be Black Widow from Iron Man 2 (and 3, and The Avengers). Both can be played with the GURPS Basic Set . . .

Im curious to see if you are gonna allow BJJ stylists to have maneuvers that allow them to radically exchange the grappling situation.

We are T-4 hours to playtest start. You have four hours to reach minimum safe distance. We are four hours from playtest start. You have four hours to reach minimum safe distance. Feel free to scream and run. Or scream and leap. Or figure out how to properly model a flying arm bar using the concepts of something really cool, but we're not revealing it here!

Got two ready to go :) Others will wait for someone else to have a chance.
can I say this will do for grappling what tactical shooting did for guns? If not ignore this window, nothing to see here
