Another source for TO&Es: The various _Army Vehicle Guide_s from the old _Twilight:2000_ RPG can provide everything from platoon-level to divisions, both US and British (Combine), and Soviet and Continental European (Paneurope). (If one can find it, the novel _Team Yankee_ also decribes the process for creating US "tank" and "infantry" Teams.)

Ooooo . . .! I love Harold Coyle. Both his Team Yankee novel and the Scott Dixon novels (I haven't read the Nathan Dixon novels) are some of my favorites. Talk about great tank books! Right up there with Hammer's Slammers!

This appears to have been the original source for the "standard formations" listed above, but the PE page has several nation-specific formations that I liked. For example, here is the 2nd Polish Lancers Light Armored Regiment:
