This one linked off the previous video. It's also decent. Lots of examples of feints and a few impressive parries with rapier and cloak vs. rapier and dagger. There's a great cloak entangle and stab at about 4:20 that is worth seeing.

That's great.

Based on these two videos it seems like harsh realism might require a ready maneuver to switch between the grip for blocking and the grip for feinting and entangling. If so, Grip Mastery (Cloak) would make it a free action again.

I think the grip change is likely included in Cloak, just not in Cloak Sport and Cloak Art.

I'm sorry, can you explain this statement? I'm not sure I understand what you mean.

Do you mean that people with Cloak should be able to switch grips as a free action, but that people with Cloak Art or Cloak Sport should have to take a ready maneuver?

I'm saying that the GURPS assumption that cloaks don't need to change grips or whatever between attacks and defenses – that they work just like shields, capable of striking and blocking on the same turn – is very likely fine when you're fighting rough-and-ready. Those videos are great, but the fighting they depict is also highly stylized. I think that a lot of the wrapping and unwrapping you see is more for form than for function. I rather doubt that in a stabby, I'm-gonna-kill-you-sucka melee, anybody would do that. They'd probably adopt some happy medium where attack and defense are balanced.
