If you look at the cards on the munchkin unicorns and friends Kickstarter you can see it says ‘unicorn’ where undead monsters would normally say ‘undead’. I think he’s talking about unicorns.

Or Adventure Time or Nightmare Before Christmas. Maybe others.

I wonder if the new monster type is part of “Crazy Cooks”. Somebody mentioned seeing that at GenCon.

Munchkin Crazy Cooks is supposed to be available August 7th:

That would fit right into the timeline that Andrew mentioned.

How did they keep this one under wraps. No hints about it at all.

There was a comment in a Munchkin News about "something special at GenCon." But, it was not clear whether this was a mere announcement, a release, or both. Nor if this particular item is what was referred to, so... yeah, a bit under the radar.

Exclusives often have a special bookmark or promo card so I wonder if that may be the case, here. Either way, I plan to pick this up on the 7th.

This was ONE of the things we were planning to announce. There is at least one more.

Hopefully it’s something different than Munchkin Dungeon with CMON...

And Twitter, and in person at the Munchkin Tavern, and the wetware updates go out to all our cyborg friends at midnight...
