Shouldn't these be presented in US Customary, or do I need to reference a conversion table somewhere in Basic? ;)

I have a hard time with big and small measurements in US Customary. I'm trained as a scientist and engineer, so I do a lot of work in grams, nanometers, angstroms. Very hot and very cold I do in C or K. But daily life stuff I tend to do in F, miles, feet, and inches.

One possible alternative would have been to create a new separate thread in the appropriate forum for sensible notifications of KROMM's work on GURPS, while allowing the original KROMMolatory to go on as it had been. Interest in any particular notification of an update is ephemeral enough that a simple link back to the Holy Mother Thread would have sufficed; the Augean task of separating its posts would not have been needful.

Pretty sure the burst of "wait, where has this thread been my whole life?" excitement will die down soon enough and we'll get back to the weekly ritual of waiting for Kromm to post.

Probably! I'm no Chuck Norris . . . my so-called "greatness" has to do with my GURPS work, so this is likely the right place for it.

If you want to tell Kromm how awesome he is in person, make sure you've picked up your ticket to FnordCon 2!

Yes, this is a shameless plug.

Went looking for Chuck Norris GURPS stats. He got a mention in a 2012 Jackie Chan thread but that's it http://forums.sjgames.com/showthread.php?p=1421568

Next year, when I'm not dealing with surprise medical bills and (hopefully temporary) joblessness, I'll go to FnordCon 3! Mark my words!

Please, please, please plaster FnordCon everywhere with more shameless plugging. Last year, when the first was happening, I wasn't even aware of it! And I probably could've gone! 2019 Raekai had a decent job and some savings. Haha. Ha. Ha...
