A few short questions about Death.
When you die, do you also loss your hireling?
Another question. When you die, and the other players loot your corpse, does they get to choose from your Carried items as well? (those turned sideways) And the carried cards, if not looted, will they be discarded after every player picked a card as well? Thanks in advance. |

Re: A few short questions about Death.
Yes, you lose Hirelings upon Death. The only cards you keep are your Race, Class (or whatever cards the rules say to keep for other sets), continuing Curses. Hirelings are not covered by these, so they go into the set of cards to be looted from, then discarded.
When you die, you put all the cards in your hand face-up next to all the cards you had in play that you aren't able to keep (see above). Players loot from those cards and you discard whatever remains. This includes all your Items, including those that weren't in use when you died. |

Re: A few short questions about Death.
The other players aren't looting items, specifically... they are looting cards. You lay out your hand with the items, hirelings, steeds, etc. that you have in play. Players who are looting may take any one card, each. No one may loot your Race(s), Class(es), Half-Breed, Super Munchkin, or any Curses, if any of them were on the table, in play, and affecting you at the time of your death (these cards can be looted if they were just in your hand, not the table).
Anything not looted (except for the exceptions listed above) will be discarded, in the order you choose. |
