Fantasy Adventures - Rare?

Is 3rd ed. Fantasy Adventures particularly rare or desirable? I found two copies of it at Half Price among other Third Edition books (with most priced at $10 or less) for $35. Aroo?

Not sure how rare the book itself is, but if you want the content, it's all available on e23 for a very reasonable price.
