I have modified the character since the original post, the set of disadvantage i gave her was too crippling.

1 question : do you allow cultural familiarity at 20 points ? (wich would mean she would never have the -3 for cultural reason).

(the name was set as random by the program, i may suggest a better one later :) )

Take some quirks, and you can take GTO as your AI Ally. I'm going to ask you to justify that IQ, though, with bonuses for racial, cybernetic, or biomodified augmentation. At 116 years old, she wouldn't be able to get the IQ bonus from racial genetic engineering, as she'd have been born in 1984, though a neurovirus could duplicate its effects: +1 or +2 IQ, with the latter much more likely to be accompanied by disads. You could get +2 IQ from a Brain Tissue Graft/"Eunuch" Biomod, and another +1 IQ from a TL 10 Cognitive Enhancement cybernetic implant by buying down Perception or Will, as well.

I'm also disinclined to allow the Encyclopedist! wildcard skill to an organic lacking some degree of Eidetic or Photographic Memory (be it natural or added through after-birth modifications). You might also want to pick up Less Sleep, as well, to explain where she got the time to do so.

Other than that, though, I don't see much of a problem with her. She'd also explain Noven's character's presence, as she might well be the one that hired him.

Description:
Eliandra Fox (who is no relation to "the" Fox) looks like your
classic Tennin parahuman : very tall (6' 6"), willowy, very
skinny, with short-cropped black hair, penetrating blue eyes, and
an easy smile.

Personality:
Friendly. She is able to get people to trust her, and she tries
to be trustworthy in response to that.

She dislikes violence, and will avoid it if at all possible.

Background:
Born a Tennin Parahuman in a ship in the Gypsy Angel collective,
she grew up learning how to live as a Gypsy Angel. She thought
she wanted to be a doctor, and spent a fair amount of time
studying to be a physician before the draw of psychology led her
to her real interest, which is language, how the brain processes
language, and how language modifies the brain. She has mastered a
number of languages, and loves the study of language. She loves
watching how languages evolve as people isolate themselves,
culturally if not physically. She was also able to parlay her
understanding of how humans think and communiate into some very
good skills in trading-- very handy if you're a Gypsy Angel-- and
as a result became quite wealthy serving on a Gypsy Angel tramp
trader.

Do you want to device the various AI allies for her and GTO ?
GTO Ally: LAI [8] mechanician AI (based on the Tenzan template, without the cybershell. Use GTO body when he isnt inside)
GTO Ally:LAI [4] Shadow of a Gypsy friend , running on a virtual implant)
Xiu Ally (Charlefoster AI improved with languages, data crawling and elec. comm skills. )

She does not have all the skillset a lady of her age should have, because i assume she forgot a lot.
I first gave her wild talent, so that she could 'remenber' an usefull skill from time to time, but i prefer to to just go with default, assuming she have spent the last 30 years or so very focused on her memetics research.

Agreed. It was there because it is a great way to avoid cluttering the skill list, but it make little sense, especially at that level.

Okay, Celjabba, I'm going to ask you and rknop to specify the vareity of augmentation they used to attain your current intelligence. I've got no problem with your characters being that smart, but being that smart without any variety of augmentation stretches disbelief. A 13 or at most a 14 for IQ before augmentation is acceptable. Your Neurological Disorder and/or Low Pain Threshold could well be side effects of a neurovirus biomod you had done. I'm also going to ask you to specify your Quirks; they serve mostly to help make your character into a real person rather than a set of abilities.

*retrofit genemod by proteus nanovirus
+2 IQ, +1 will, no per (experimental, badly botched: gave Neurological Disorder, low dx and Low Pain Threshold)
*Cognitive Enhancement implant (from Ultra-tech)
IQ+1 (Electrical, -20%), without will or per.
Coupled with a VII implant.


I will post quirks tommorow, i am about to be away from computer for the day. Besides, i need to think about them.
I think Xiu will be more fun than GTO to play as primary character, but i need to think more about how to play her.
