Fairy Dust-Up question

Fairy Dust-Up says to shuffle the Fairy Dust discards back into "the deck". When the Sparkly Good Fairy has been defeated, the Fairy Dust cards go on top of the treasure deck. So if the Sparkly Good Fairy has been defeated, and Fairy Dust-Up is played, do the (shuffled) discarded Fairy Dust cards go on top of the treasure deck, shuffled into the treasure deck, or back into their own mini-deck?

Put them back into the separate Fairy Dust deck so everyone can get one.
