Default [MH] [RPM] Seeker bullets and other bullet charms

My first pass attempt is:
  • Lesser Sense Mind (To sense the shooter's intent)
  • Lesser Control Matter
  • Bestows Bonus to Single Skill
The bullet is subtly pushed toward the target, which must be deliberately targeted (not necessarily Aimed at, but firing to suppress or otherwise without a clear target wastes the effect), giving a bonus to Guns skill.

Alternately, how might you add modifiers to an existing attack? Homing or Affects Insubstantial, for example. Same as with adding an Affliction effect, perhaps?

Give yourself a Charm that grants you Imbuments, Energy Reserve, and the relevant skills.

Looks fine to me.

It won't break anything that I can see to use the Affliction modifier for RPM.
