Re: A VI for the fifth?
The MkVI and the Dopp are different enough from each other that they make for a tactically interesting duel. Definitely need the Dopp!
That said, I was a little bit disappointed when I got my metal MkVI and found it was about exactly the same size as the V. I was hoping for something a little bit more epic. With plastic being way less expensive than pewter/raladium/whatever, and the tooling being given a new pass through a 3d modelling program, can we please upscale the MkVI and Dopp by about 25%? |

Re: A VI for the fifth?
Using Winchell Chung's size guide published in Ogrezine, the VI is just under 2 meters longer than the V, at 27.4 and 25.5 meters respectively. Bigger, yes, but not 25% so.

Re: A VI for the fifth?
Do we know whether it is meaningfully wider?

Re: A VI for the fifth?
I've got 3 5/8" long, 1 7/8" wide, and 1 15/16" tall (with tower) for the Mk. VI. The plastic Mk. V is 3 1/4" long, 1 13/16" wide, and 2 1/4" tall with tower.
Edit: You're asking about the "real" dimensions, not the miniatures. Herp a derp. Last edited by ColBosch; 05-19-2018 at 09:03 PM. |

Re: A VI for the fifth?
I checked the usual sources, and couldn't find any better info on the Mk. VI's dimensions. I think someone is just going to have to ask Winchell.

Re: A VI for the fifth?
Some images to (try) to answer that question:
Our Mark VI mini page BGG Ogre Miniatures page Of course, these assume that the original metal miniatures were made in proper scale relative to each other. D.
