It seems to me that anything made of textile could benefit from this treatment while it remains static or doesn't move quickly: blankets, covered wagons, rope (excellent for hard-to-see traps), sacks (great for hiding treasure in the forest), tents, etc. Flags or sails of elvenkind, flapping and snapping in the wind? Not so much.
