For interested parties, I added back the ability to use a pick-list by using the #BuildLibraryItemList directive instead of relying on a Group of all skills.

I used #BuildLibraryItemList to build a list of all skills that have a name, like this:

#BuildLibraryItemList( Skills where name isnot "", template(%listitem%) )

in order to really gather ALL skills; in other cases it could be used more specifically.

This directive is one of the new features in GCA5, so this method will NOT work in GCA4.
