Munchkin booty question.

So I just picked up FINALLY Booty 2.

There are two ships that sort of counter each other.

1 ship says you can have as many big items as you want, while the other says you can have no other big items. One of these cards was cheated. How should this be handled?

The ship that says you cannot have any other Big items takes precedence. The other ship says you can play as many otherwise legal Big items, which in this case is "none."
