Default GURPS Formatting Guide Question

I had a question about proper formatting that doesn't seem to be addressed by the guide.

How do you format a Trait that uses the Limited Enhancements rule on p. B111? What would the notation for that be?

This doesn't come up much, true. In most cases, the limiting factor is obvious, allowing the notation to be fairly condensed: "Healing (Reduced Fatigue Cost 5, Disease Only, -60%)." There may be a few cases where that isn't clear enough -- consult your editor for specifics. :)

Um... assistant line editor, anyone? ;)

Thanks for the answer though, at least that suggests it can be condensed where obvious. I've shot an e-mail to editor and gurps @sjgames.com about this. I suspect the rule is to format it the same way as standard notation, except (as you have done) to put the modifier(s) modifying the "main" modifier after that modifier (in alphabetical order after it), and then mention it in the notes maybe.

I guess I'll see.

You misunderstand.

I mean consult your editor for the specific project that you've contracted for, if you think there's a specific issue with your specific phrase.

I've answered your question in general, with the caveat that your particular usage may require tweaking if it seems particular difficult to follow. So if you're working on a book, feel free to discuss it with the editor who's been assigned to your project.

(If you're working on a Pyramid article, just mention it in the email when you submit it. Steven will pass that on to me when I review the final version for rules and formatting compliance.)

Thanks for the clarification, and sorry for the misunderstanding. Right now I'm working on something for my own campaign that I'd prefer to format in the official notation, with the possibility of submitting parts of my work as an article after my playtesting with my players works out.
