Bring on Hall of Judgment!
So, today the Daily Illuminator announced the upcoming release of Hall of Judgment, an awesome-sounding adventure scenario for the DFRPG, written by the excellent Douglas Cole.
So huge cheers for that! Over on the Daily Illuminator sub-forum, there's already been some discussion about whether or not it's an April Fool's joke, but the smart money seems to be saying "no, it's real". So huge cheers again! Is anyone else excited about this? I am!

Absolutely excited, and my money is on the "not a joke" camp (although the exact experience might be not the same as the announcement - but the announcement is consistent with SJG stuff so it's totally plausible.)

This is awesome! If this is real and not an April fool's joke I'd buy it right now.

Re: Bring on Hall of Judgment!
I’m afraid even then you’d have to buy it in August.
I’m betting it will end up being real either way.

Re: Bring on Hall of Judgment!
I have zero emotional investment in DFRPG. My bet is "real product", and I hope I am right. I want DFRPG fans to get more product for their game, and I want the product to be profitable for the publisher.

Re: Bring on Hall of Judgment!
Just for those who had doubt:
. . . it’s real. I asked for permission to convert Lost Hall of Tyr to the Dungeon Fantasy RPG. As Andrew Hackard indicated, the negotiations were painless. For now, though, plans only include the single item. More details and cool stuff will be discussed as things develop, but I can confirm:
The original Lost Hall adventure was designed as a demonstration of the Dungeon Grappling rules for 5e. It was also designed to be jammed into a single, one-shot, two-to-three hour game. Certain liberties can be taken with a design like that that are not appropriate for a modular adventure to plunk into an existing campaign. So it’s going to get better. That’s all I have to say about it for now . . . but I’ve got the Dragon Heresy Introductory Set Kickstarter to launch at 10am Central today. That’s an entire game in the same world as Hall of Judgment, and you can also imagine that I will be needing to focus and write more support material for that.

I will retain Isfjall as "town," and keep the evocative but non-specific name of "The Frostharrow" for the location of the fortress. I will probably call it "The barbarian Nordlands" or something (Norðlands? You can never have too many unpronounceable eth characters, right?) instead of Torengar. That sort of thing.

Don't forget the umlaut over the n.

But of course. There's GOT to be an Umlaut over the N.
I wonder if Doomchildren are actually the fantasy equivalent of exploding drummers?
