Question about the DF:GM screen.

Hey I was looking to buy a physical gurps GM screen, however it seems the regular gurps 4e GM screen is out of print, does the Dungeon Fantasy GM Screen have all the same stuff or is it missing information?

Yes, the 4e screen has more information than the Dungeon Fantasy one.

Here is one way to compare the difference in the amount of information.

The 4e screen when compared to the DFRPG screen:

Uses 6 panels vs. 4
Has slightly larger panels
Looks to have slightly smaller print or more information density

I'm a bit too lazy right now to itemize the missing categories, but I hope that helps.

On the other hand, the DFRPG uses additional reference tools: 4 of the books devote their back cover to more data.
