I don't know of a list of just the comic book promos, but you can find the cards from the first 12 issues in my other card list here.

You can also find the bookmarks available through the promo codes from issue 13 and beyond here; although, within the master list it doesn't specify which ones are from the comic promotion, but many of the individual posts that mentions them to be added specify which comic they are related to.

Aparently there are two versions of the Raincoat for Quest, one costing 100 and one costing 600. What's the difference beetween these two, apart from different text?

One was a promo and one was included in a W23 booster. They have different effects and different costs and came about because SOMEONE* didn't triple-check before stealing a card from Munchkin to use as an extra Quest card.

* Not naming names, but it may have been me.
