Question: Daniel Boom and Patent Medicine from The Good, The Bad, and the Munchkin
Question about resolving these two cards.
Player A is losing to Daniel Boom, the bad stuff is they die and all their stuff is blown up. Player A plays Patent Medicine to not die. The question is: does not dieing mean their stuff isn't blown up, or are they merely saved from death but lose all their stuff? |

Re: Question: Daniel Boom and Patent Medicine from The Good, The Bad, and the Munchki
This is a tough one. I can see good arguments for each direction.
I'd have to say, rules wise, the 'stuff blown up' part is instead of the 'looting the corpse' phase, which never happens if you simply don't die at all. I'd say Patent Medicine means that none of the bad stuff happens at all in this particular case.
