Swapping All Cards in Play/Hand

So I had a disagreement while playing today.

I had a card that said Swap all cards in play with the person on your right. I think it was a curse from the Rick and Morty deck.

So as a curse you can use it at anytime, well the person was winning a battle and so I used it and swapped my empty field with their 2 equipment's.

They said it was not legal, I said its allowed to swap 0 and 2, now they have the 0 and I have the 2.

So question is, was that allowed.

Was I able to swap my empty playing field that had no equipment and no allies, for their's that had allies and equipment.

The card specifically said you do not swap levels or classes, so that was not swapped.

And for the future if there is ever a swap your hand card, and your hand is empty, can you swap with someone, giving them your empty hand of nothing, and taking their hand.
