I'm not sure why the cubes have blunted corners when none of the other dice do. That's an odd exception. Doesn't put me off them, though. I'm getting a set, even if I never have a practical use for them. I suppose one could use them in a game of Risk to simulate population displacement caused by an earthquake. If I do use them, it will likely be on some kind of hard platter with velvet or felt over it.

Yeah they do look nice, and I am a sucker for nice dice. This thread got me distracted for a while last night looking at what other exotic dice were out there, eventually landing on this custom dice shop's site... for a small fortune, they custom make dice from metals, woods, bones, stone, etc... and you get them months later. https://www.artisandice.com

Man, those are gorgeous. I'd love a set of Ancient Bog Wood dice. And how the heck they are able to make Mammoth Ivory dice...
