For what it is worth, they seem to have calculated the dry tissue part incorrectly. They used the calorie content from the complete combustion of dried pork - which is the energy you get from burning the dried tissue, not the input energy needed to turn it in to vapor.

You ought to be careful when discussing philosophy...

I could see that used as a cover up, for example in a oWOD Mage game, the grocery store being the location of a deal in view of mundanes that went awry and the rubber bullets being the explanation to not suffer from paradox.
