I know what it says, so, my question is:
Is it legible enough?

The mirror reflection says "I am the villain".

There was a Hamlet 2 movie a decade ago, Arabic numeral rather than Roman. Probably not relevant to the setting, but it could be "MV / MJ in Hamlet II".

It might be entirely appropriate for the name to be somewhat illegible, if the vision / spell / whatever is supposed to be a clue rather than an outright declaration of the bad guy (leaving the story to be "so prove it for a mundane court of law" rather than "we figured it out"). So, initials might be appropriate.

It's "Alvin Hamlet II" and "I am the Villain"

The players know who Alvin Hamlet II is (one of them even foreshadowed this without knowing it when they suggested that they were probably going to have to kick his [butt] in the future).

The picture is, basically, the final answer. For the player who foreshadowed above, it will give them all of the information they will need, including the name of the wizard that will let Jasmine take care of herself. If they can do anything with it before it's too late--we'll see.

I didn't even consider looking at the reflection to see if it was different; now that I do look, that's a bit less legible but I still think it's good enough to read.

Well, there was some epic face-palming when they got to look at the picture. And Heaven even quipped--"Yep, knew I was going to have to kick his [butt]."

But, here's Skye Parker traversing the Multiverse:
First as the heroine Blue Rose.
And then, as a cute witch.

Or . . . is she just a cosplayer?

Does anyone else see this?

Does anyone else see the similarity?

Same
or
Different?

Or do I need to change my brand of crack? Which at this point is resin.
