I wouldn't let you replace it. I think it's neat. :)

I would let you replace my inner half of the box, which arrived with one ripped corner (torn all the way down to the bottom). I doubt that it's worth the effort, though. It's just a bit aggravating to get something less than perfect after looking forward to its arrival for a while.

I love the GM's screen, by the way. I'll be buying a couple as gifts when they become available on Warehouse 23. Same for some of the PDFs.

So in the end the Australian copies are being shipped individually or in bulk?

Australian copies will go from our warehouse in Georgia to a freight forwarder in the US. The games will then go to our partner in Australia who will pack and ship the individual rewards.

The container in our primary warehouse is being processed. That means the copies destined for backers in Australia should start the long journey back to that region of the world in the next two weeks.

Can I just check that all physical rewards are coming in one consignment to each backer? So 'I want it all' peeps will get all their additional stands etc with the box set and so on?

I ordered two of everything, a set for me, a set for my son, plus extra stands and dice. It all came as a single package.

So, uh, just about when can I expect this to be somewhere I can buy it?

When could we expect it being shipped to the other countries with no distribution partners (in my case, Japan)?

I was able to recruit 4 players to try out "I smell a rat". I can't decide on whether to play it off the PDF or to wait for the physical product with all its glory.

Phil Reed's answer for Australia applies equally to all non-European KS backers and to all those waiting for the DFRPG to enter the normal distribution channels for retail sale, since all of those copies are processed through the primary warehouse. This means that the KS backers will see them shipping in the next couple weeks, which is when the distributors will start to get them. From there it'll be a few weeks or a month until retailers get them.
