Default instant wall

Hi,

In this setup there was a monster with xx-levels a friend helped me. then the other player boosted the card so we couldn't beat it anymore.

But then we played "kneepads of allure" on the higher level player.

Now the question is can the player who is forced to help play instant wall and just run without fighting the monster with the items in play in front of him?
or do u always need to fight the monster with the items in front of u and get no choice to run and not fight.

There are several things going on in your message that need clarification.

First of all, you can only have one helper who actually joins the combat. It sounds like in this situation, you added a second helper, which is not allowed.

It is always the choice of the main player whether to keep fighting or give up and Run Away. The helper cannot unilaterally decide to run if the main player wants to continue the combat.

Finally, Instant Wall does not compel anyone to Run Away; it just makes the attempt automatically successful once the decision has been made.
