Default Armor Divisor Stacking

Does Armor Divisor stacks, or it's just highest of them which counts? If stacks - how? Armor Divisor (3) and Armor Divisor (2) = Armor Divisor (3x2=6)?

You are correct. They are multiplicative.

Technically you're supposed to apply them separately*... but I don't see that as being any different than just multiplying them and then applying it.

This also means if you rather say it goes 2-3-5-etc. or whatever, there’s no serious balance issue there.

Well, "divide twice" is mathematically the same as "multiply once and then divide by the product." There's no difference at all between (DR/a)/b and DR/(a⋅b); it's two operations either way and they yield the same result. But the idea is that if you have divisors, they apply arithmetically, not as shifts on a chart.
