Dunno -I'd say an awerage americn kid that has been a passenger on cars for whole his life etc would hawe farily good changes of starting a car and figuring out how to driwe giwen some time and a parking lot where to practice withouth explicit teaching. But 20 hours of driwing school would of couse be better - but propably not worth a full point.. SO it's a bit of a gray area between deafault and a point. Or one could simply require IQ (or default skill or both) rolls from somebody withouth ewen the driwing school for the simplest things like first getting the car started - and survining in the traffic for the first hour etc.. While somebody with the full default would not roll or would roll in these kind of routine situations - and would maybe make one easy "traffic survival" roll for whole day of driwing or something..

Of course - which is the "learn it themselves" part in my post. You can certainly figure it out, but the point is that you do have to figure it out. You're not going to decide to drive one day and then just do it. You might just decide to drive and try to do it, but you have a really good chance of critical failure when rolling against a default with familiarity penalties.

Very good point. The reason I didn't include it in the Everyman Lens was because I wanted the Everyman Lens to be something I could even use when making a villain. In addition to the Everyman Lens, I made an IQ-based Laborer Template; it does include some Pacifism Disadvantage options.

Also, while things like Driving and Cooking are in my Everyman Lens, only Area Knowledge or Current Affairs are required. I felt like those two skills are something that most everybody has.
