Default Automatic blasters

What changes to blaster stats (including cost) are necessary to make them full auto?

Also, according to UT, standard TL9 weapons include laser sight, HUD, recognition grip or transponder ring, and diagnostic computer. What is the cost & weight of each of these components for models that do not include some of them?

I'd mainly just raise the RoF and lower the LC. Charge whatever the market will bear for it, from twice as much for mass production to highway robbery for one-of-a-kind expert after-market mods.

The weight of that kind of stuff is probably negligible at TL 9. A "cheap" weapon would probably lack it all at normal cost, so you could call individual deficiencies a -15% discount if you wanted. This would probably also significantly lower the LC in the case of the recognition grip / transponder ring which is after all a safety feature. It's not very cost-effective to mass-produce it intentionally, but it could add some flavor showing up in second-hand goods. "Yeah, the Fix-It chip went years ago. I don't need that crap, do you? Okay, okay, I'll knock off six hundred."

In my campaign, I envision that the blasters would become the mainstay weapon. From here, they would continue to perfect it - increasing RoF, accuracy, etc.

This seems reasonable, assuming you mean -15% for each missing component ... for weight and cost.

I was just referring to cost, I don't think that stuff weighs enough compared to the rest of the weapon to matter. -15% off weight is getting into "saw off the stock" territory. ;)
