Feedback on Fantasy Power

This is a set of powers and abilities that I created for a game that I'm starting soon. I'd appreciate any feedback.

Temple of Light

The ER seems overpriced for such a slow rate.
Probaby should list the cost without rounding so they jnow how much to send on additional levels.
I didnt do the math on everything but most of the rest looked ok or I want sure how you built it at all.

I'm with Refplace on the Light Reserve - it's definitely too expensive at 2 points per level, if the only way it regenerates is the listed means. I'd apply the -70% version of Special Recharge to it, and then tweak the Ritual of Daybreak, changing that to Regeneration (Regular) and putting an Accessibility of "Only while observing the Ritual of Daybreak plus 1 per day in winter, 2/day in spring or autumn, and 3/day in summer", which I'd price at -80%. The "special recharge" would then be the Regeneration, and the Light Reserve would cost 0.9 per level.

Other things I noticed:

Gift of the Dawn: if the only thing this is good for is telling what time dawn and sunset are, it probably deserves a hefty accessibility. I'd put that at -70%, at least. Conveniently, combined with the Divine modifier, that puts it at 1 point, which sounds right.

I can't find my original notes where I priced that part. I *think* I was thinking something like Energy Reserve (Slow Recharge 2/day, -50%), which was 1.5 per point that I then rounded to two. 1 per point seems too low to me -- I wonder if I should split the difference and call it 1.5 per point, so 1 point in the ER still costs 2 but each two points only cost 3.

Rounding up is the correct action in most cas with a leveled power I tend to either write it up as in this case the actual cost or ER 2 [3/level].

I should have used the 2 point version of absolute timing for that, not the 5 point one, so it should cost 2 points.
