I received an e-mail that is (apparently) from you telling me of a problem with an order I have made.
However, the order number is not correct, the date is off by a day and so on. I want/need to know if this notice was (a) actually sent by you, and (b) what all needs to happen to correct this as the instructions in the e-mail are not complete. Thanks. If you can e-mail me with a phone number, I will call you ASAP and give you any and all info you need. |

I was not expecting an answer immediately. If Morgan Farber was to read this in within a week, it would be fine by me. I was just saying that once I had the info, I would contact them at the earliest moment I could (i.e.: ASAP).

As Paul said, please contact us directly for issues with individual orders.
Since Steve's old sticky isn't entirely clear on this point, I have removed it and written a much clearer version.
