Default O R'lyeh?

If someone goes "Looking for Trouble" and then someone plays "O R'lyeh", which states that the card will be discarded and have no effect, do they get to go "Looking for Trouble" again?

You need to reread the card. Not only is the original card discarded, but the person who played it is supposed to rip it up and eat it.

...

April Fools!

Because O R'lyeh? doesn't say "treat it as though the card was never played," you cannot Look For Trouble again.

See, as it's Cthulhu, shouldn't he have to eat the player he played it on? I've been meaning to ask you about this. . . ;-)

Andrew has clearly sold out. He's letting marketing get in the way of doing the right thing, erm, well, eating the right thing, well, OK, eating the right person.
