Lore Question: What factions use what minis?

This is what an actual GEV looks like; which is more like the NAC version than the PE version (which looks like an air-cushion vehicle).

I just discovered this, that really looks like the Raptor and I want one.

About how big is that mini?

As I recall, it was about an inch to 1.25 inches long. I really wish I could find it. I also have a German "Maus" floating around somewhere with it.

Dumb question, as I saw someone mention something about it somewhere: The gorgeous Yellow that Ben did...is that a nod to the lore, or just Ben showing off because yellow is a pain to work with and he's that good?

Don’t get me started on the red/blue color switch. Back in the dark ages, I had about 500 miniatures of each faction painted (combine-blue, PE-red). Then someone somewhere decided the colors should be the opposite way. There was no way I was repainting all of those figures, soooo...

If you used the right shade of blue for your Combine they will work just fine for Quebec Separatist forces.

Sheffield did have the Mk. V templates, but the engineers at the plant partially deleted them before Paneuro forces arrived. Sheffield didn't have the Mk. IV templates, because that design hadn't been finalized yet.

If memory serves Sheffield had damaged / incomplete Mark V templates; NAC forces managed to sabotage them as the facility was falling.
