Maximum Duration + Recharge Required + Alternate Form?

How would I go about doing this? I have a character who I want to have an alternate form where he gains a few strength as well as Wild-Mana Generator and whatnot. However, I want him to be able to use this only for a limited time and I would like it to require a recharge (or what's the point on the time limit?).

Now, versus normal advantages, this limitation seems too... Too much. Obviously, you can do A LOT with Wild-Mana around and I'm losing a whopping 25% to be able to hold it for a whole 30 minutes? That seems way too overpowered...

Any ideas or help would be appreciated! And maybe it's written down somewhere and I missed it. I'd be happy to have any help!

I believe the limitation only applies to the 15-point cost of the Alternate Form, not to any of the abilities conferred by it (which still cost 90% of the difference in cost between the two templates).

I guess that makes sense. I still feel like it is a little overpowered though.

Does anyone else have insight? Anything helps.

Remember it takes ten seconds to assume an alternate form. If you want it to happen instantly (Or at least in 'not getting killed in combat time' ) you need multiple levels of reduced time, and possibly reflexive.

After the maximum duration has expired you change back, want to or not. Then you can't change again until the recharge time has gone past.

All of this so that you can pay 90% of the cost of your 'upgraded form' which you won't even be in most of the time.

add reduce time so you can change in less than 10 seconds, add maximum duration so it "turns off" within a set time frame. maximum duration has a built in "recharge" time of 5 minutes. if you want to reduce that then add reduce time to the maximum duration. (-75% gives you a max duration of less than 30secs. so you would use reduce time on that for the recharge time).
