Where are Talents?

I can't find the Talents in the list on the left side. I added it, resynchronized, recalculated, reloaded, etc. I can find the Talents by doing a Trait search but I can't find it anywhere in the list.
Specifically I am using the Power-Ups 3 data file. The Basic Set talents appear (such as Outdoorsman) appear in the Advantages list, but the one I am looking for (Driver's Reflexes) is nowhere to be found. What's going on here?

I solved it. I had to completely exit and reload the program. Why doesn't the left-side list automatically update?

If you simply changed the current data set via the dropdown, doing so does not cause its data files to be automatically loaded. If you want them loaded immediately, then you also need to push the Load Now button after selecting the new data set.

TIP: If you keep the log open, it will show whether or not GCA is loading the data files, among other useful things.
