Yeah, I'd love to see cycles and trikes design rules. Are the various car rules close enough to 4.5 Compendium that I could just use those rules with some tweaks? Any suggested tweaks? I imagine *someone* out there must have figured this stuff out, right?

Would love to have rules for boats, too, actually, not that I'm holding my breath, but I was thinking of using the CW 5e system for all vehicle combat in a postapocalyptic RPG, both on land and at sea. (Though maybe the even-more streamlined 6th edition will perhaps work better for my needs? I don't know, except of course that if I was using 6e I'd probably have to mod together my own boat build and movement rules anyway. Hmm.)

Not really. You can use 5E play rules with C2 rev designs, but if doing so, should use C2 rev designs for cars, too.

Anyone know what the "footprint" of a standard vehicle in HO scale will be?
5e has a 1" x 1 3/4" counter.

In recent public pictures the bases are not rectangular and include curves at the front and back and a gap underneath for the maneuvering tool. The long assumption has been they would be roughly 2" x 1". (That assumption may have no meaning at this point.)

CW5 vehicle counters are based on the body type; larger vehicles have larger counters. If you were to unify them they would be 3" x 1.5".
