Default [RPM] Effective Path Skill for Wards?

If a caster gets a bonus casting a ward due to Ritual Mastery and/or a grimoire, do the same bonuses apply to the Path skill roll in the ward's Quick Contest to resist intrusion?

My natural assumption is that they do, but I can't confirm that with a literal reading of MH1. The explanations of grimoires and Ritual Mastery only talk about casting spells, and the "Warding" box only mentions penalties on the roll to cast the ward.

You use the effective Path skill you used to actually cast the ward. So if you Path skill is 15, you have a +3 grimoire, and Ritual Mastery (Specific Ward), your effective Path skill is 20.
