Kicking myself, don't know where I put the chart of who all is attached to whom. Worse, it's electronic, so it's not like cleaning my apartment today will turn it up. I mean, I probably posted a link to a redacted version, but I need to clean this place enough to have a place to sleep before I can properly look for it.

The short version is that yes, Bruce probably did it. I just don't remember the details.

A site called "gliffy" has the same format, maybe that's where I put it. Lots of time tomorrow, as long as I wrote down the link somewhere.

Kind of hard to lay out the whole shebang when you don't know where you put it. It's not in the paper folders nor the harddrive, and it looks like gliffy doesn't save things for a whole year. Who knew? I'll either find it tomorrow or re-create it.

Nonbumpiness Google doc is incomplete (brutal day at work) and editable. I'm going to trust you on the edits--update it or add commentary as you wish, though if you add your own content please be sure to color-code it. After all, if Yves is giving you the link, of course he's going to let you edit.
